Please read these terms carefully before engaging with our atelier, purchasing our handmade pasta, or booking our culinary workshops.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, purchasing our craft products, or participating in our culinary activities, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and wholesale partners of Flour & Fold.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Artisan Products & Craftsmanship
Our atelier takes pride in producing fresh, handmade pasta daily. Due to the artisanal nature of our craft, customers should acknowledge the following:
- Slight variations in color, texture, and weight are natural characteristics of handcrafted pasta and do not constitute a defect.
- Allergen information is available upon request. While we maintain strict kitchen hygiene, our atelier handles wheat, eggs, and dairy, and cross-contamination is possible.
- Fresh products must be stored correctly and consumed by the advised use-by date to ensure optimal quality and safety.
3. Workshop Bookings & Cancellations
We host culinary workshops designed to share our passion for pasta-making. To ensure a smooth experience for all participants, the following booking conditions apply:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your placement in a workshop.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled date will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, though you may transfer your booking to another person with prior notification to our atelier.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or failure to meet minimum participant numbers. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be provided.
4. Wholesale & Supply
For our hospitality and retail partners, wholesale supply agreements are established under separate, dedicated contracts. However, the baseline terms mandate that all bulk orders adhere to our minimum lead times to accommodate the fresh production process. Invoices for wholesale orders must be settled within the agreed timeframe specified on your account.
